Who We Are

Not sweetness without complexity but sweetness because of it. The name carries the full weight of what it means to remember and still choose joy.

We are a cultural house exploring inheritance, memory, and diaspora identity through immersive experiences.

THE SUPPER CLUB

A Sweet Supper is our intimate supper club series where Africans and the diaspora gather to connect over food, storytelling, and shared experiences.

Every element is considered — the scent when you walk in, the question on your place card, the rhythm of the courses — because intentional space creates room for what can't be planned: the stranger who becomes a friend, the story someone didn't expect to tell.

We don't control the moment. We build the conditions for it to arrive.

For one night only, Jẹ Ká Jo and Ayédùn invite you into an immersive dining experience to commemorate Jẹ Ká Jo’s 2-year anniversary.

A curated evening where food, movement, and music become a portal through time.

Guests will gather around a communal table for a five-course Afro-fusion dinner, thoughtfully designed to tell a story with each course, flavors rooted in heritage and reimagined through a modern lens.

Expect:

• A 5-course Afro-fusion tasting menu

• Unlimited drinks throughout the evening

• An intentionally curated guest list

• Movement and music woven through the experience

• A space for connection, conversation, and discovery

Seats are extremely limited.
